Checking In Scheme

21 November 2017
At QODA, we like to make sure that you’re happy at every stage of the build process, and we constantly adjust our service to make this happen – even once the keys have been handed over and the building is fully occupied. Listening to our clients is important to us – and the end of the build process doesn’t mean the end of our relationship with you.
Our recently introduced Checking In scheme is an ongoing process that gives you the chance to tell us what you think. We’re working with an independent, impartial organisation, who are well versed in the industry and are experts at collecting customer feedback. We’ll ask you to evaluate our service, quality and communication, with the aim to adapt our business using feedback from the people responsible for owning and running the building
How we get in touch is up to you – over the phone, by email, or through an online survey. We’ll engage with you at any stage of the process: during the design, build, handover or completion phases. We want you to benefit from our service long after the final coat of paint has dried, and be rest assured that we are still there to help. It’s our way of making sure we’re fulfilling our appointment and exceeding customer expectations so that you can use your building more efficiently, reduce your costs and make sure the impact on the environment is kept to a minimum.
