A huge congratulations to George Sigalas and Maria Valkova who have passed their Certified European Passive House Designer Training (CEPH) exam and are now officially Passivhaus designers! This is a well-deserved and very fitting reward for both George and Maria’s continued efforts.
George and Maria are part of the wider QODA sustainability team both having worked on a variety of projects including Commercial, Community, Education, Residential, and Heritage buildings.
As a Principal Sustainability Engineer, George is responsible for Energy Analysis, Building Thermal Modelling, Low or Zero Carbon Technology Feasibility Assessment, Thermal Comfort Analysis, Daylight Analysis, and Passive Design Optimization.
