We are pleased to welcome David Behan, CEng MCIBSE to the team as an Associate in the Oxford office. David joins us from Hoare Lea and has over 14 years’ experience in the construction industry. He brings a wealth of expertise in a broad range of sectors and will help drive excellence in design through his extensive engineering background and his client focused approach.
