4 February 2022
A warm welcome to our new starters Steven Coulsting, Dessy Kushelieva, Rob Stubbings, Jessica Kaqorri, and Elliot Kelly. As part of the move from Enhabit they have joined our QODA Net Zero team.
As a Senior Building Physics Consultant, Steven works closely with architects and clients advising on strategic and detailed design matters such as heat loss, moisture risk, and airtightness in the context of new build and retrofit projects. He works with both mainstream Passivhaus design as well as its application more broadly across the built environment, to deliver comfortable and healthy buildings.
Dessy is passionate about creating sustainable change in the building industry by advocating for buildings that are more efficient, more sustainable, and more comfortable. She does this in her role as a sustainability Engineer by running energy, thermal, and daylight simulations for buildings, as well as advising on sustainable design from early stages of project development.
As a sustainability Consultant with over 15 years of experience within the construction industry, Rob specialises in producing SAP Calculations and Energy Statements for residential developments, compliance and performance reports and assessments for conversions, extensions and retrofit projects, and has been involved with a wide range of other projects including Passivhaus and Social Housing Decarbonisation.
Jessica is a sustainability Engineer who has experience within law, interior design, and architecture which benefits the projects she works on, the design teams, and clients, by producing work that encompasses the wider picture and promotes collaboration and innovation. She is passionate about Passivhaus principles and energy efficient solutions and is currently working towards her Passivhaus Certification.
As a junior sustainability Engineer, Elliot assists senior staff to ensure all schemes meet the clients brief and their expectations. His attention to detail and enthusiastic approach helps design teams, clients, and end users to achieve their desired outcomes while working with the complexities and challenges each project may bring.
