Welcoming our new People Manager

QODA has appointed its first in-house People Manager, responsible for the implementation of the Strategic People Plan, in order to deliver a proactive people service to the business, acting as a key business partner to the Senior Leadership Team.
Stacey Farrell’s role at QODA will deliver key people objectives to ensure we continue to have the right people, in the right place, at the right time, and that our employees are feeling motivated and engaged to deliver exceptional performance.
Stacey joined QODA in April and brings with her over 20 years of working in the field of people development across sectors including construction, education, telecommunications, financial services, and healthcare. Stacey holds a degree in Human Resource Management.
