Due to welcome guests from February 2017, the Four Seasons’ Ten Trinity Square has finally been unveiled to the public. First opened in 1922 as the headquarters of the Port of London Authority this Grade II listed building was badly damaged during the Blitz and has been in disuse since the 1990's. Birmingham Wholesale Market

QODA have been appointed as M&E Consultants for the fit out of the new Wholesale Market at The Hub, Perry Barr, Birmingham. Birmingham City Council are constructing this base build and when complete it will have a total of 79 trading units within a central building, 9 warehouse units and an amenity block, all on a self-contained site. Birmingham Wholesale Market is the largest integrated market in the UK with approximately 13,000 customer visits per week.
QODA part of winning team led by Purcell for
St Mary Redcliffe competition

QODA, as part of Purcell's team, have won a major design competition to transform the Grade 1 listed St Mary Redcliffe church in Bristol. St Mary Redcliffe is one of England’s largest parish churches and is a national landmark and a living church. This £12-15m development project will bring sought after visitor facilities, access for the disabled and a new community hub. The project is part of wider plans to regenerate the area into a new urban village within the city centre.
Rushmore Farm wins RICS South East Awards Residential Category 2016

QODA worked on the private high end residential property supporting the client for the M&E design and Lighting Consultancy. The site sits within an area of outstanding natural beauty to the north of Andover and planning permission was obtained to convert the existing agricultural barn into a dwelling, constructing a two storey new build element with glass link, an oak framed garage, stables and external works. Sustainability was at the heart of the project with careful specification of materials, construction detailing and ground source heat pump technology being used.

Charlbury Specialist Care Facility

QODA have been appointed as Mechanical & Electrical Design Consultants for this specialist facility for Young Dementia UK Homes. Charlbury Specialist Care Facility will be the first supported living facility for people with young onset dementia in the UK. The facility will offer private flats for up to 12 residents and it is hoped that the care and support provided will promote independence, an active lifestyle and participation in the local community.

QODA Team Get Active For Sports Relief

The QODA team in Oxford got active and took a sponsored stroll to help raise money as part of the 2016 Sport Relief Games. Due to the fact that most of the team are walkers rather than runners they supplemented the event with a cake sale to keep energy levels up. £492.55 was raised as part of the days activities.

QODA have been awarded a commission by Winchester Cathedral to act as designers associated with the representation of the Deanery. The works will include reorganisation of the Deanery Building to provide accommodation, conference and retail facilities.
