We’re delighted to hear the Cliveden Conservatory Café has won the RICS Award in the South East Heritage Category. QODA provided the MEP services design for the Grade I listed building. The project faced many challenges due to the Listed status of the building and overheating. A huge thank you to the Church Commissioners for the appointment to act as their sustainability technical advisor to support the working group and for inviting QODA to hear the announcement made at the National Cathedrals Conference today. The Church Commissioners announced that a £190 million fund is to be made available to achieve their aim of net zero carbon by 2030. This will be made available through the Church Commissioners Distribution Framework.

QODA were appointed as M&E Consultants for full MEP and sustainability design duties for the private residence located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
