Different clients prioritise different features, but everyone wants a working environment that brings out the best in their staff.
Our experience covers everything from converting factory space in the old Coffin Works, an award winning Grade II listed building in Birmingham, into commercial offices and a heritage visitor centre to something equally demanding for Swindon Silicon Systems.
As part of this job, in Wiltshire, we needed to help construct an ISO standard Class 6 ‘Clean Room’ which had less than 293 particles greater than 5 micrometres per m³ of air and less than one million particles greater than 0.1 of a micrometre. All in a day’s work.

Quay Stores, Milford Haven
QODA consulting have been appointed as the MEP and sustainability consultants on the redevelopment of the Quay Stores site, which is situated on the waterfront at Milford Haven. The development involves the refurbishment of the grade II listed stores into a café/restaurant with a new build extension, consisting of a 400 seater theatre and performance space. QODA are also providing the external lighting scheme for the green ravine which is a pedestrian walkway leading to the site, this currently acts as a bat corridor so very careful modelling is required for planning.
“We have known Mark Reeves for a number of years and he has worked on some complex major projects for our Company ranging from shopping centres to mixed use parades and our Flagship Business Park in Southern Staffordshire. We have always found Mark and QODA to be utterly responsive, knowledgeable and thoroughly meticulous. We have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Mark and QODA for a whole range of M&E consulting and sustainability services.”
