Working within hotels, the need for efficiency and sustainability should never compromise the overall sense of luxury.
Without wishing to drop names, our work in the hotel and hospitality sector will be familiar to many an A list celebrity. For example, we designed most of the mechanical systems that make the new Ivy Restaurant and Club in Covent Garden function so smoothly.any questions? contact us

The Ned Hotel
QODA has recently completed the mechanical engineering on the newly converted Ned Hotel. The Grade I-listed, 11-storey building was the former Midland bank in the City of London designed in 1924 by British architect Edwin "Ned" Lutyens. In April 2017, it opened its doors as a lavish hotel, club and dining venue by Soho House & Co and named "The Ned" in his honour. In its new incarnation, The Ned contains 9 restaurants, 252 bedrooms, a social and fitness club incorporating a rooftop pool, gym, spa, and late-night lounge bar. The design of the building was intended to revive the building in a way that retained the grandeur of the original space, including the 3,000 sq.m former banking hall. The Ned Hotel is yet another project to add to QODA’s ever-growing impressive commercial portfolio.
“We have worked with QODA on the development of a number of schemes, ranging from hotels to Restaurants and they deliver a proactive service, we are looking forward to developing further projects in the future.”
