We’re at home working on the wide spectrum of different projects within this sector.
residential
Our work in the residential sector covers everything from high value private properties, where a standard of excellence is a minimum expectation, to huge developments like St Paul’s site in Romford which present challenges on a very different scale.
The project in Romford includes demolition of the existing buildings on the site followed by the building of a new church and ancillary accommodation, a day nursery, 83 residential flats in a number of blocks and external works. There is a detailed master plan!

It will comprise four buildings, affectionately named after its history. There will be The Cotton Lofts, Cotton House, The Drapery, and Drapery House. Fabrick Square, which will cover two acres of land, will include 73 studios, 152 one-bedroom and 88 two-bedroom apartments. The site will also contain retail space, parking and landscaping. QODA have been appointed by the M&E Contractor to undertake their full MEP detailed design for the development based upon the original MEP Consultants design philosophy intent.
