Steve has joined as Associate Director in our London office. Steve has been working in the construction industry for 35 years advising both new build and portfolio clients and delivering M&E projects from feasibility to final handover.
Initially completing an indentured apprenticeship as a pipe fitter/welder he spent 10 years gaining installation experience on various sites including commercial offices, educational facilities, industrial, and healthcare. This included being employed by the British Antarctic Survey as a HVAC engineer and being stationed in Antarctica for 3.5 years. During this time he was appointed the base commander and Magistrate for Rothera Station on the Antarctic Peninsula. Upon returning from Antarctica he moved in to building services design, and since 1999 has worked in Building Services consultancy advising both new build and portfolio clients, and delivering M&E projects from feasibility to final handover.
