A warm welcome to our new starters

We would like to wish our new starters Secon Thomas-Patterson and Raheem Sadiq a very warm welcome!

Secon has recently completed her degree in Architecture and Environmental Engineering from the University of the West of England and has joined our Oxford office. As a Graduate Engineer at QODA, Secon is responsible for the detailed design of projects from inception to completion. She assists senior staff to ensure all schemes meet the client’s brief and expectations and is proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, V-Ray, and IES. Secon has a particular interest in Sustainable and Biophilic Design, creating spaces that promote well-being with a deeper connection to nature. As well as being an engineer she is also a digital artist and trained in various types of dance.

Raheem has joined our Peterborough office as a Graduate Engineer after completing his masters degree in Mechanical Engineering at De Montfort University. As a Graduate Engineer at QODA, Raheem bridges the gap between technical requirements and user expectations, ensuring optimal project outcomes by designing innovative products, enhancing manufacturing processes, and implementing sustainable solutions. Raheem has a strong passion for pushing the boundaries of engineering and contributing to cutting-edge projects while prioritising sustainability. He is also an avid football, cricket and formula one fan.
