Agar Grove Phase 1C Awarded Passivhaus Certification

18 December 2024
We’re proud to announce the successful Passivhaus certification of Agar Grove Phase 1c, comprising 125 apartments and a commercial unit. When complete, this Camden Council development will deliver almost 500 new homes, setting a benchmark for sustainable living.
QODA provided Passivhaus compliance support throughout the 3-year construction process, working closely with the main contractor, The Hill Group. Our role included regular site visits and delivering the photographic and documentary evidence required by WARM, the Passivhaus Certifier.
Congratulations to everyone involved in achieving this milestone. This is a fantastic step toward delivering sustainable, energy-efficient homes for the Camden community.
We are now assisting the Hill Group again on the next Phase 2A. The scheme consists of 95 units split across two towers. One 7 storeys high and another 18 storeys, linked by a double height central foyer.
