QODA Leadership

28 June 2021
We are celebrating our ten year anniversary this year and have enjoyed many successes and a few challenges over that time. The biggest of these being the Covid crisis, thankfully, the worst seems to be behind us.
The construction industry has warmed up again and things are positive out there. There’s a lot to go at and we are now actively developing our business plan for the next ten years! A key part of this is ensuring we can fulfil our ambition and provide opportunity for our people at all levels, whilst continuing to provide a high quality service with zero carbon at its heart.
To deliver this we will need to evolve, which will include growth and a committed leadership team with a common objective. We have built a great foundation and now need to recognise the achievements of the team that have brought us this far and prepare them for the next 10 years ahead…
We are therefore delighted to announce the following Director level promotions in recognition of our developing leadership group.
David Behan – For his contribution to the development of the Oxford office and his unwavering commitment to business development.
Richard Turner – For his commitment to ‘Quality and Excellence’ and the contribution he has made to ensuring we are “joined up” and provide a consistently high level of service.
Joel Callow – For his thought leadership and passionate approach to sustainability, with a particular focus on Passivhaus and the route to Zero Carbon.
Oliver Fuller – For his drive and determination in building a successful Bristol office.
Finally, we are also delighted to confirm Chris Swinburn’s promotion to Technical Director. Chris plays a leading role in developing our approach to Zero Carbon design and demonstrates a passion for excellence.
