Silhouette Awards Mentorship Program 2024 Winner Announced

Back in September, Associate Lighting Designer Panos Ferentinos was chosen as a Mentor for the 2024 International Silhouette Awards. The pioneering award is a collaboration between Archifos and Parrot PR & Marketing to shine a light on emerging talent within the lighting industry and support chosen mentees as they progress throughout their careers.

The International Silhouette Awards has now announced the winners of its 2024 programme in a virtual celebration. The whole international lighting and design community was invited to join this momentous occasion, with sponsors and supporters taking part in celebrating the winning mentees and their mentors. For the successful third year running, the popularity and international reach of the awards were demonstrated by the vast number of entries received from candidates located in 16 countries across the globe.

The Silhouette Awards Mentorship Program 2024 winners have been announced! Congratulations to all the talented mentees who have been selected to participate in this prestigious mentorship program. And a huge congratulations to Tiziana Regalado who will be mentored by Panos.

Panos commented: “I’m excited to be a mentor and to share my experience and knowledge with someone who is eager to learn. I think mentoring is a great way to give back to the lighting community and to help others grow and achieve their goals. I hope to learn from them and to gain new perspectives and insights. My main objective for the next couple of months is to understand my mentee’s interests and aspirations and to provide them with relevant guidance, feedback, and resources. My focus is to develop their skills and confidence, and to celebrate their successes with them.”
