Welcome to our new Oxfordshire team members!

A warm welcome to our new starters in the Oxford Office, Mike Swann, Sam Flanagan, and Ian Seaton.
Both Sam and Mike join us as Associates with over 15 years of experience each.
Sam’s approach focuses on collaboration. He seeks to encourages conversation and coordination at an early stage and maintain communication throughout the design process.
Mike is responsible for leading and delivering a range of projects, working with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the quality of work is upheld, and liaising with clients to ensure their briefs and aspirations are met.
Ian joins us as an Electrical Engineer. He has a keen interest in design technology and developing streamlined methods of working which enables him to provide clients with opportune innovations to reach the best possible outcome for each project.
