Overview

Tribeca is a landmark 1,000,000+ ft² development in the heart of London’s life sciences cluster near King’s Cross Station. The scheme will transform the former Ugly Brown Building at 2–6 St Pancras Way into a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood, combining cutting-edge laboratory facilities, residential accommodation, and public realm improvements.

QODA is delivering RIBA Stages 4–6 technical design, coordination, and installation support for mechanical, electrical, and public health systems across the development. Our focus is on integrating sustainable building services solutions that align with the project’s ambitious performance targets.
