At QODA we recognise that perceptions of health and wellbeing are changing.
HEALTHCARE
Best practice is determined by a range of factors, many of which relate to the quality and sustainability of the physical environment. At QODA, we understand that new holistic perceptions of health and wellbeing are placing more importance than ever on appealing building design which delivers healing and therapeutic conditions.

Ashby Extra Care
QODA have been appointed by Willmott Dixon to carry out the building services design for a 65-bed extra care scheme in Ashby-de-la Zouch for EMH (East Midlands Housing). The project includes apartments and communal spaces that are flexible to meet a range of needs. Working closely with BRP Architects, the QODA team have optimised the building fabric design to maximise efficiency and reduce the need for on-site renewables. The building services design considered sustainability from the start and includes a number of energy efficient systems including LED lighting, air source heat pumps and demand based mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Collaboration between the entire team has been improved by the use of BIM, where all disciplines have designed and communicated using 3D modelling software.
Our Work
“QODA Consulting have been providing LSP with strong level of Mechanical and Electrical support across a wide range of our developments including both healthcare and mixed use projects. They have a good understanding of our requirements both generally and on at project detailing stage. A particular strength is their proactive approach which begins at the concept stage and continues through to handover and the maintenance phases.”
