Demonstrating our strengthening relationship with Hill Group on the Cambridge Investment Partnership (CIP) projects, the QODA London team are being provided with fresh new opportunities as Hill Group, via their joint venture with Cambridge City Council, continue to push and grow the portfolio of sites. In recognition of the exceptional delivery by the London QODA team, QODA have been awarded the East Barnwell site comprising 130 residential units, of which many shall be to Passivhaus standards. The Client recently quoted QODA as being ‘a breath of fresh air’ and was thankful for the high standard and drive that QODA bring to the project.
