Gunnersbury Park Grand Re-Opening

11 July 2018
Gunnersbury Park has re-opened its doors to local people this weekend following the completion of an ambitious restoration project to bring its rich heritage to life.
The restoration of the park and museum has been delivered thanks to a partnership between joint owners Ealing and Hounslow Councils, and the Heritage Lottery fund and Big Lottery. Significant restoration has been carried out on the museum and other listed structures which will allow local people to benefit from the park’s rich heritage.
QODA were involved with the museum refurbishment project after being appointed as mechanical, electrical and sustainability engineers. The neglected museum has been transformed and boasts new gallery and learning spaces, as well as a brand new interpretation telling the stories of Ealing, Hounslow and local people.
