Launching Women at QODA!

A network dedicated to connecting and empowering one another, valuing their diverse perspectives as essential for creating a workplace where all women can thrive.
Launched in May 2024 as part of our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy, Women at QODA aims to create an environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported. The network creates a space for women to meet regularly and engage in meaningful discussions while driving EDI, which is particularly important, given that women make up only 15% of the construction industry.
Shaped by its members, the Women at QODA network is a community where women can connect beyond their usual circles, share experiences, support one another in a secure environment, and use their collective voice to empower and influence policy, enhancing the experience of women at QODA.
Since its launch, members have already met to discuss key topics including such as navigating male-dominated environments, the inspiring career path of our Sustainability Director Susan, and work-life balance integration. Our members have also gathered for a lunch in London to celebrate the network’s launch and strengthen their connections.
