Supporting Engineers Online

QODA have been supporting CIBSE and engineers across the wider building services industry by interviewing and assessing apprentices on completion of their apprenticeship. Dan McNaughton has carried out training to be an End Point Assessor and has started to carry out interviews and assessments of candidates. In normal circumstances, these interviews would take place at CIBSE HQ, however, CIBSE have adapted quickly to enable interviews to be carried out remotely.

The experience of candidates vary with the level of the apprenticeships. A successful candidate from a Level 6 apprenticeship will be able to register with both CIBSE at Associate Grade (ACIBSE) and the Engineering Council as Incorporated Engineers (IEng).

This experience also complements QODA’s training and development scheme which supports our team in their development with CIBSE and the Engineering Council to register as Engineering Technicians, Incorporated Engineers and Chartered Engineers.
