Overview
QODA provided MEP design services for the conversion of 41 white-box apartments into luxurious Four Seasons Club Suites, alongside the refurbishment of main ground-floor entrances and lobbies within this Grade II-listed London landmark. The project required a sensitive balance between heritage preservation and modern luxury, ensuring the building met the high functional and aesthetic standards of the Four Seasons brand.
