Overview
QODA has been appointed to deliver full MEP and sustainability duties for the transformation of the Ashdown Building at Yeovil College into the Health, Education & Science Centre (HESC). This forward-thinking development will provide specialist teaching and training facilities to support the next generation of healthcare and science professionals.

The aim is to create a state-of-the-art learning environment that reflects modern healthcare and science practices while ensuring energy efficiency, resilience, and long-term adaptability. The project also supports the College’s ambition to modernise its M&E strategies and implement campus-wide sustainability improvements.

QODA provided full MEP design and coordination for the new Learning and Research Centre at Yeovil College, ensuring building services met modern standards for performance and efficiency. Alongside this, we delivered sustainability consultancy focused on low-carbon strategies and energy-efficient systems.
Our team also supported strategic planning across the wider campus, helping the College develop infrastructure strategies that support long-term operational improvements and futureproof the estate.
