Overview
QODA was appointed by Soho House to deliver the mechanical and electrical design and produce tender documentation for the launch of Mollie’s Motel & Diner, a bold new roadside hospitality concept. The flagship scheme comprises a 79-bedroom motel and a 132-seat American-style diner, marking Soho House’s first entry into this market sector.
