At a recent event for the new Leigh UTC in Dartford, Kent Lord Baker said: "How you have managed to do this for quite a modest sum I don’t know. This is really dramatic. It really is a wonderful building". QODA provided mechanical , electrical and sustainability services for the project. Leigh is part of a national programme of University Technical Colleges (UTC’s) that are ‘building for the future of technological education’ for students from 14 to 19 years old.

Chorum Approval

The Chorum, Chippenham development has received planning permission and works are planned to start in early 2014. QODA are part of the project team that will deliver a landmark building designed to be a key gateway to Chippenham, incorporating a four storey office block and a bespoke design KFC drive through restaurant.
